What does a Teaching Assistant do?
- Supporting pupils in the classroom (1:1 or in small groups) ?
- Helping children stay engaged and on task
- Assisting the teacher with daily activities and lesson prep

- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Providing a safe, nurturing environment for learning
