Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. No card required. No time limit. You can create unlimited CVs, use all standard templates, and get your ATS score without paying a penny. You only pay if you want to download as PDF/Word or access premium templates.
What happens when my £1.99 trial ends?
Three days before the trial ends, we'll email you. If you do nothing, it rolls into the Monthly plan at £19.99/month. If you cancel before the 14 days are up, you're charged £1.99 total and that's the end of it. No sneaky charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your Settings. Monthly plans cancel immediately — no further charges. Annual plans cancel at the end of your billing year. We don't do "call us to cancel" because it's 2026, not 2006.
What about my Consumer Rights Act protections?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on digital subscriptions purchased online. If you change your mind within 14 days, contact us for a full refund. If you've used the service extensively in that period, we may apply a proportionate deduction — but we'll be upfront about it.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You never lose access to anything you've already paid for.
