We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across secondary schools through a teaching agency. This role offers a mixture of short-term and long-term placements, providing flexibility and varied experience in different school settings.

The Role:- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Working with pupils who may have SEN, behavioural needs, or require additional academic support
- Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Previous classroom or school-based experience is a strong advantage
- A genuine interest in supporting young people at secondary level
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching, or similar roles is welcomed
- Ability to build rapport and support students with diverse needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
