⭐ Highlight your Intelligent Office experience prominently in your skills section — the advert names it explicitly as the core platform for report generation and fee management.
📊 Quantify your paraplanning output: e.g. "Produced 120+ suitability reports annually for HNW clients with portfolios averaging £500k" to demonstrate volume and complexity.
🎯 Emphasise SJP-specific or St. James's Place network experience in your personal statement if applicable — the role title calls this out directly and familiarity with SJP processes is a strong differentiator.
📋 Showcase your cashflow analysis and lifestyle planning skills explicitly, as the advert lists these as key advisory support tools alongside risk and investment analysis.

Dear Hiring Manager,
Artemis Recruitment's Paraplanner vacancy for their Brighton-based client is a strong match for my background in suitability report writing and HNW client support within an SJP-aligned environment. My background in financial planning support includes producing cashflow analyses, investment illustrations and annual review reports for high-net-worth clients, as well as liaising directly with providers on letters of authority, new applications and ongoing transactions. I have collaborated closely with compliance teams to review and remediate suitability documentation, ensuring Advisers can proceed with business efficiently and within FCA guidelines.
