We are working with a fast paced, fast growing company in Stevenage who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team and look after their sparkly brand new offices!
This is a key role within the business, supporting the day to day running of the office and working closely with the PA to the CEO. You will be at the heart of operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly while contributing to a positive and professional working environment.
The role:
- Overseeing the day to day running of the office
- Supporting the PA to the CEO with administrative tasks and coordination
- Managing office supplies, facilities, and suppliers
- Acting as the main point of contact for office related queries
- Organising meetings, events, and internal communications
- Supporting onboarding of new staff and maintaining office systems
