Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting guests, providing refreshments

- Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all are tidy, stocked and ready
- Manage lunch arrangements and issue daily staff whereabouts
- Ordering supplies and managing cost spreadsheet
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
- Liaise with contractors to resolve issues with the office

- Minimum of 6 months in a similar front of house or reception role
