You’ll be the operational backbone of the lettings team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service for landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenancy progression — preparing tenancy documents, issuing ASTs, collecting references, and ensuring all compliance documents are in place.
- Reapit CRM management — updating property records, uploading documents, logging activity, managing applicant notes, and keeping data accurate and compliant.
- Property marketing — preparing listings, updating portals, coordinating photography, and ensuring marketing materials are current.
- Compliance administration — tracking EPCs, gas safety certificates, EICRs, deposit registration, and Right to Rent checks.
- Maintenance coordination — logging issues, liaising with contractors, and keeping landlords and tenants updated.
- General office support — handling calls, managing email inboxes, organising keys, and supporting the lettings team with day-to-day tasks.
- Reapit experience is essential — confident navigating the system, updating records, and generating documents.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
