An experienced residential Property Manager is required for a leading Newbury based lettings agency. Assist in the management of a local residential portfolio, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent service to landlords, tenants, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
Our client is looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to help oversee a managed residential portfolio let on ASTs.
You'll be part of a professional and supportive team delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring legal compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
- Ensuring properties comply with all safety and legal standards
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit returns
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Handling disputes, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
