Dear Hiring Manager,
Tesco's reputation for putting customers first is exactly what draws me to the Customer Delivery Driver role at the Burnage Superstore. I hold a valid full UK driving licence with no penalty points and have hands-on experience in customer-facing delivery work, including managing order substitutions and completing pre-drive vehicle safety checks to keep every shift running smoothly.
My background in delivery and logistics has equipped me to work independently on the road while maintaining a warm, professional manner at the doorstep. I understand that representing a brand like Tesco means every interaction matters — whether that's explaining a short-dated item, processing a refund, or simply ensuring a customer's shopping arrives in perfect condition within their time slot.
