About the Role:-
Position: School Administrator

Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Start Date: As soon as possible

Daily Pay Rate: £100 - £110 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, term time only
Key duties will include:

Welcoming visitors and managing front office communications

Handling telephone and email enquiries with efficiency and professionalism

Updating pupil records and maintaining the school's MIS system (preferably SIMS)

Assisting with attendance data, safeguarding processes, and general office tasks
-
Providing day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership
To be considered for this position, applicants must have prior experience working within a school or educational setting.
Applicants without this background will not be considered.
You will also need:

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply through Tradewind)

Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS or Arbor

Strong organisational and communication skills
