We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated and proactive School Administrators to provide essential support to our client schools throughout Cambridgeshire.
You will be required to work from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday, in this full-time position that begins as soon as possible.
This role is the first point of contact for the school, requiring a warm and professional demeanor to welcome visitors and handle all phone and face-to-face inquiries. Key duties include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensuring school security by controlling access and issuing ID badges
- Handling confidential information and data in line with school policy
- Organising induction for new families, including school tours
- Updating and distributing school communications across various platforms like the website, social media, and newsletters
- Maintaining school diaries, calendars, and club paperwork
- Assisting with stock control, ordering supplies, and general office maintenance
- Producing reports and updating SIMS and other management systems
- Collecting and processing money for school meals and trips

Required Skills and Experience

- Hold or are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS clearance
