Dear Hiring Manager,
Cygnet Healthcare's community rehabilitation model at Gledholt Mews is precisely the clinical environment I want to develop in — which is why I am applying for the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) position. With an active NMC Pin and a grounding in Mental Health Act 1983 application, I bring the clinical knowledge and documentation rigour your service requires across its 42-hour shift pattern.
My background in community and inpatient mental health nursing has equipped me with hands-on experience developing and maintaining person-centred care plans, conducting clinical risk assessments, and administering prescribed medication in line with Healthcare Commission guidelines. I have deputised in a clinical lead capacity during periods of management absence, supporting junior colleagues and contributing to service audits that led to measurable improvements in care quality.
