Dear Hiring Manager,
Cygnet Healthcare's specialist approach to EUPD care at Derby Hospital aligns perfectly with my nursing values, which is why I am applying for the RMN/RNLD position. My current NMC Pin registration and experience with Mental Health Act 1983 applications make me well-suited to contribute to your low secure ward's Recovery Model approach.
My background in mental health nursing has equipped me with the clinical skills and emotional resilience needed to support female service users with personality disorders. I am comfortable with rotating shift patterns and understand the importance of consistent, compassionate care in secure environments.
