The Role – Customer Growth Manager (Implementations & Onboarding)
This is a specialist implementation and onboarding role within a payroll technology environment.
You will lead end-to-end client implementations, ensuring clients transition smoothly onto the platform while maintaining full compliance with United Kingdom payroll legislation and umbrella payroll regulations.
You will act as a subject-matter expert in contractor payroll and umbrella payroll systems, supporting customer onboarding, system configuration, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
