⭐ Emphasise your customer service experience prominently in your CV, particularly examples where you've identified customer needs and guided them towards high-value purchases, as this mirrors the Sleepmatch Master role.
📊 Quantify your sales achievements: instead of "achieved sales targets", write "exceeded monthly sales targets by 15%" or "generated £X in commission through customer upselling".
🎯 Highlight any experience with product-specific training or technology platforms (even if not sleep-related), as the advert emphasises learning the Sleepmatch system and becoming a Bed Expert.
🤝 Showcase your ability to work flexibly and in part-time roles; if you've managed multiple commitments or variable hours, include this to demonstrate you can commit to the 20-hour weekly schedule.
💡 Include any retail or hospitality experience where you've maintained store standards, visual displays, or housekeeping duties, as these are daily responsibilities mentioned in the role description.
