Paraplanner to Financial Adviser - London/Hybrid - Salary to £42,000 + Bonus + Full Study Support

Are you an experienced Paraplanner who wants to move into a client-facing adviser role?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and growing wealth management practice in London that can offer a genuine, structured pathway from Paraplanner into an advisory role.

You’ll work closely with of Advisers and work within a team of 5 Paraplanners, gaining significant exposure to client work, adviser meetings and holistic financial planning cases across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

Our client is ideally looking for a Paraplanner who is Level 4 qualified (or working towards it) and has 1-2 years’ experience within a Wealth Management environment. Experience within an SJP practice would be advantageous, although not essential.

This role would suit someone commercially minded and ambitious, who wants more involvement with clients and is looking for a firm willing to actively support and develop them into an Adviser over time, rather than keeping them purely in a technical role.
