A globally established organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead to play a key role within a major Oracle transformation programme.
This Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead role will act as the bridge between Oracle HCM configuration teams and technical delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable reporting, integration and platform solutions across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead:
- Lead the Oracle HCM workstream across reporting, integrations and technical solution delivery
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll and Benefits
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle reporting and integration solutions
- Work closely with technical teams delivering integrations, reports and PaaS extensions
- Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Map existing reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities
- Identify reporting and integration gaps and define appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support successful implementation delivery
- Promote Oracle best practices and minimise unnecessary customisation
- Support risk management, issue resolution and governance activities across the HCM workstream

- Experience with: HCM Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, Atom Feeds
- Experience designing integrations and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience supporting testing, configuration and solution validation activities
