1Question

Tell me about a time you had to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

During Q4 fundraising season, I managed 4 concurrent campaigns including a Christmas appeal, year-end donor stewardship, volunteer recruitment, and awareness campaign. I created a project timeline with weekly milestones and used Trello to track deliverables across teams. By prioritising high-impact activities and delegating content creation to 2 team members, I delivered all campaigns on schedule. The Christmas appeal alone raised £28,000, exceeding our £20,000 target by 40%, whilst the volunteer campaign recruited 15 new supporters.
2Question

Describe a situation where you had to collaborate with volunteers or external partners

I coordinated a community awareness campaign involving 8 local businesses and 12 volunteers for a mental health charity. I organised monthly planning meetings and created shared Google Drive folders for asset sharing. When our graphic designer became unavailable, I worked with a volunteer who had design skills to create campaign materials. I provided clear brand guidelines and feedback loops to ensure consistency. The campaign reached 25,000 local residents through 6 channels and generated 180 enquiries for our services, representing a 65% increase from the previous year.
