Tesco's reputation for putting customers first is exactly what draws me to the Customer Delivery Driver role at Askham Bar Extra in York. With a clean, valid UK driving licence held for over two years and hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, I am confident I can represent Tesco professionally at every doorstep, handling order substitutions and time slot pressures with a calm, friendly approach.
My background in delivery and customer service has equipped me with the practical skills this role demands. In a previous position, I completed over 20 customer drops per shift, carrying out pre-drive vehicle checks each morning and consistently meeting delivery windows.
