Our client is a growing, well-established construction recruitment business with a strong reputation across the market. They have built an excellent client base and are known for delivering across both blue-collar and white-collar construction recruitment, with strong relationships across contractors, developers and key industry clients.

Due to continued growth, they are open to speaking with experienced recruiters who can add value across either temporary or permanent markets. They are looking for one experienced hire but are flexible on where that person’s expertise sits.

They are particularly interested in recruiters with experience in:

  • Contract Trades & Labour
  • Contract Construction Management / White Collar
  • Permanent Construction Management / White Collar

This role would suit a proven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning business and managing their own desk within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
