The role:
* Working closely with students who may be at risk of exclusion
* Implementing behaviour support strategies
* Acting as a positive role model
* Supporting attendance, engagement, and wellbeing
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, or support work
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Confidence and professionalism
* A genuine desire to help young people succeed
