5 AI-generated recommendations to maximise your chances.
⭐ Highlight any prior mental health or high-dependency care experience at the top of your CV, as the advert specifically seeks workers for a severe and enduring mental illness rehabilitation unit.
📊 Quantify your care experience where possible: "Supported 8 service users daily across a high-dependency ward, contributing to a CQC Outstanding rating."
🎯 Reference safeguarding explicitly in your CV's skills section — the advert lists it as a standalone daily responsibility, so ATS systems will scan for this term.
🌐 Mention your enhanced DBS status clearly (e.g. "Enhanced DBS — current and on the Update Service") to remove a common hiring barrier for this role.
🤝 Tailor your personal statement to reflect experience supporting individuals stepping down from secure settings or with complex placement histories, mirroring the specific service user profile at Cygnet Fountains.
