⭐ Open your Personal Statement with your PQE level and Private Client specialism explicitly — the advert requires a minimum of 2 years PQE, so state this clearly at the top.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. 'Managed 60+ active Private Client files simultaneously, covering Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration' to demonstrate capacity and breadth.
🎯 Highlight specific IHT and Trust experience prominently, as Estate Planning (IHT, Care Home Fee Planning, Trusts) is listed as a core responsibility — use these exact terms in your CV.
🤝 Include a concrete example of business development activity (e.g. referral network built, seminar delivered, new client introductions) as the advert specifically mentions supporting BD initiatives.
🏛️ If you have any Court of Protection experience, list it as a dedicated bullet — even though described as 'occasional', it differentiates candidates and signals full-spectrum Private Client capability.
