⭐ Lead your CV personal statement with explicit mention of 'Family Paralegal' and 'matrimonial law' — the advert names these as the core focus of the role.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. 'Managed a caseload of 35+ active family law matters simultaneously with minimal supervision', as the advert specifically requires independent case management.
🎯 List each area of family law you have handled (divorce, financial agreements, separation agreements, Children Act) as a bullet under each relevant role — the advert names all four explicitly as required duties.
🤝 Include a line about client-facing experience and confidentiality handling, as the advert references providing direct legal advice to clients on sensitive private family matters.
📝 Ensure your CV clearly states your two years of family law experience in a dedicated role, as the advert specifies this as a minimum requirement and will be the first filter applied.
