Dear Hiring Manager,
HW Select Ltd's IT Manager role stands out precisely because it demands hands-on service provider oversight alongside leadership of a distributed internal team — two areas where I have built a strong track record. My experience spans Azure and Office 365 environments, vendor performance reviews, and keeping IT operations running smoothly across multiple time zones.
My background in IT operations management includes overseeing third-party service providers through structured review cycles, maintaining SLA compliance, and leading small internal IT teams across the UK and internationally. I am comfortable operating in evolving, unstructured environments and have developed process documentation that has improved consistency and reduced incident resolution times across distributed teams.
