Winner Recruitment have partnered with a forward-thinking manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with experience applying industrial coatings within a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environment.
The Role-
Prepare components and fabricated structures for paint application.

Apply industrial coatings using a variety of spray painting equipment.

Mix and apply specialist paint systems in line with technical specifications.

Carry out masking, preparation, and finishing duties.

Complete quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Previous experience in an Industrial Paint Spraying role.

Experience using airless, air-assisted, or conventional spray systems.

Good understanding of industrial coating processes.

Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

A positive attitude with a focus on health and safety.

£16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience).

20% shift allowance.
