We are seeking an ICT Consultant to support schools across Leeds and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional with strong technical and customer service skills who enjoys working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote IT support to schools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, backups, and security systems
- Manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Build strong relationships with school staff and provide excellent customer service
- Previous IT support experience essential
- Ideally experience supporting schools or education environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and networking
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Field-based role covering Leeds and surrounding areas
- Supportive team environment
