Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a B2B Procurement Transformation Manager to join a high-growth, AI-powered global business with offices in London, Dubai, and Chicago.
The business is a high-growth, AI-led global technology business, with a growing global footprint and a fast-paced, scale-up environment, this role will play a critical part in delivering value to the end B2B customer.
The roles & responsibilities of this B2B Procurement Transformation Manager -
- Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement solutions from kick-off through to go-live
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects, balancing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring alignment with procurement best practice
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and commercial considerations, managing change requests where required
- Produce clear portfolio-level reporting, providing visibility on progress, risks, and performance
- Support continuous improvement by feeding client insight into product development
To be successful in this B2B Procurement Transformation Manager -
- 3-7+ years' experience within procurement, procurement consulting, or ProcureTech environments
- That you have operated as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Management, Senior or Lead level
- Ideally coming from a Consulting background, Procurement tech business or in-house role would be considered
- Strong understanding of various pronouncement processes Source-to-Pay (S2P), indirect spend, and tail & strategic spend
- Experience implementing procurement SaaS platforms (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle).
- Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
