Application advice
5 AI-generated recommendations to maximise your chances.
⭐ Lead with your hospitality leadership experience: place your most relevant Supervisor or Team Leader role at the top of your CV, emphasising shift management and team development achievements.
📊 Quantify your KPI success: instead of "drove sales", write "achieved 115% of monthly sales targets" or "increased upselling revenue by 12% through staff coaching".
🎯 Highlight compliance and safety: explicitly mention any Health and Safety certifications, food hygiene qualifications, or licensing knowledge you hold, as these are non-negotiable in restaurant management.
🤝 Demonstrate team culture fit: use the word "HEART" or similar values-driven language if your previous roles emphasised inclusive, supportive team environments; Prezzo values this deeply.
💼 Show commercial acumen: include examples of stock control savings, cost reduction initiatives, or promotional campaigns you've led, as the role requires strong commercial awareness alongside people leadership.
