As an Office Administrator, you’ll be:

  • Handling customer queries via phone, email and social media in a professional manner
  • Supporting social media activity including posting content and scheduling updates
  • Updating product information, descriptions and pricing across digital platforms
  • Processing orders from entry through to dispatch and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems and ensuring attention to detail

To succeed as an Office Administrator, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience working in an administrator role
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
  • Confidence using digital systems and updating online content


Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 08:30 – 16:30 and 09:00 – 17:00, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Full training will be provided, and you won’t be expected to work earlier shifts independently until fully confident.
