Are you looking to benefit from a new career in Web Development?

Skills shortages in the IT sector is driving the need for qualified, entry-level career seekers and career changers.

We help place graduates from this programme in top UK companies and organisations needing to employ entry-level software development staff that can hit the ground running with up-to-date skills gained from this programme.

The best part is you will not need any previous experience as fully accredited training, which includes tutor support and mentoring, provides you with the skills, practical knowledge, and qualifications for you to secure a professional job and career in coding. You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (£25K-£40K) upon completion.

Whether you are working full-time, part-time or are unemployed, this package has the flexibility to be completed at a pace that suits you and can be completed in a few weeks or a few months (step 1 to 4 below). Your job and career goals are completed in four simple steps.

Step 1 - HTML and CSS Online Training

The first step is completing a selection of professional and industry-recognised courses. We have carefully selected these courses to give you the most out of both your learning and employment journey.

  • HTML Essentials
  • CSS Essentials
  • Tailwind

The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations, and quizzes through a portal that you study online from anywhere you choose. You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, you will be ready to move forward.

Step 2 - Online Training

The second step includes a selection of more advanced courses to get you up to speed.

  • React-js
  • JavaScript

JavaScript forms the foundation of almost everything you see on the Internet, so it will be essential! Python is highly versatile. You can use it for both small and complex tasks, and it is used across many different industries.

Step 3 - Build a Portfolio Website Project

Additional Courses

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Step 4 -Entry Level Development placement (£25K - £40k)

We work with you to secure your first role in software development, website administration or programming, with a starting salary of anywhere between £25K - £40k. While working in your first role, we will release your second batch of training which is specifically designed to increase your development knowledge to help you develop your career further to become a software developer.

We have been helping career changers and new career seekers gain new careers since 2009 and we are a CompTIA Gold Partner, accredited by the BCS (Chartered Institute of IT/ British Computer Society) to ensure we provide the highest levels of training.

In addition, we are also ELCAS approved to help members of the Armed Forces, Service Leavers and Veterans gain rewarding careers in IT and Cybersecurity.

Job Guarantee

Due to the success of this programme and the skills shortage of entry-level development staff, we can guarantee you will secure a job upon completion of your study programme, or we will refund you 100% of your course fees back. This is subject to our terms of learning/ terms of business.

STAR answer examples

Model answers using the Situation-Task-Action-Result framework. Adapt to your own experience.

1Question

Why are you looking to change careers into web development?

I recognised the growing demand for web developers after seeing how digital transformation accelerated during recent years. I spent 3 months researching the industry, completing free online tutorials in HTML and CSS, and building 2 basic websites to test my interest. The combination of creative problem-solving, continuous learning opportunities, and strong job security convinced me this was the right career move. I'm particularly excited about the versatility of web development skills and how they apply across industries, from e-commerce to healthcare platforms.
2Question

How would you stay motivated during a self-paced learning programme?

I maintain motivation through structured goal-setting and progress tracking. When learning photography last year, I set weekly targets of completing 2 tutorial modules and practicing 5 hours of hands-on work, which helped me complete a 12-week course in 10 weeks. I'd apply the same approach here by creating daily study schedules, celebrating small wins like completing each HTML module, and connecting with fellow trainees for accountability. The job guarantee and clear career progression to £25-40k roles provides strong long-term motivation beyond just completing the coursework.
