The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap definition, elevating product maturity and ensuring delivery of meaningful, real-world value for customers in pharmaceutical R and D. You will act as a senior voice within product, mentoring existing product managers while working closely with engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business and commercial objectives
- Refining product foundations, processes, tools and operating principles
- Translating complex customer needs into clear, prioritised product opportunities

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Able to mentor and uplift other product managers without formal line management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Exposure to life sciences, pharma, biotech or adjacent sectors is beneficial but not essential
