Production Operative

Manufacturing / Production Operatives

Our client is expanding its Manufacturing and Production teams and is looking for skilled Operatives to join their growing operation.

The Role

You'll be responsible for assembling and testing a wide range of products and sub-assemblies. The work requires good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and a methodical approach.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Background in electronics is highly desirable

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently

• Reliable, hands-on team players

Contract Length

Initial 6-month assignment with a strong likelihood of extension, depending on order volumes.

Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Day Shift: 7am - 3pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £13.41 per hour rising to £13.74 per hour after 12 weeks
