In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a broad range of tax compliance and advisory services to a varied and interesting client portfolio spanning both personal and corporate tax. You will work closely with senior management, supporting the delivery of high-quality advice while building strong client relationships and mentoring more junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities- Managing and reviewing a portfolio of mixed tax compliance work, including personal and corporate tax returns
- Providing tax planning and advisory support to clients across a range of sectors
- Assisting in the supervision, mentoring and development of junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting senior managers and partners on ad hoc advisory projects and business development initiatives
- ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Solid grounding in mixed tax, with exposure to both personal and corporate tax work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine desire to progress within a practice setting
