OTE £50,000+ in the first quarter

The Role

  • Managing and nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
  • Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs
  • Address and resolve agency queries
  • Follow up with all consultants in the patch regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  • Action cross sell opportunities identified
  • Maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor
  • Account map every account to identify key stakeholders
  • Provide Umbrella training where necessary
  • Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required
  • Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch

Experience

  • Worked in a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in exceeding call targets each day
  • Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
  • Previous experience collaborating with end clients
  • Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

The ideal candidate will have worked in the PAYE Umbrella sector or have a good understanding of legislation and its impact on the contract recruitment sector.
