The Role
Due to fast paced growth we are now looking for an Event Operations Manager to join this thriving team. Within this Event Operations Manager position, responsibilities will include:
- Translating creative event concepts into clear production plans
- Building and running project schedules and timelines
- Collaborating with internal workshop and warehouse departments
- Contributing to project calls and meetings often with the client
- Managing resource across the project to ensure effective and timely execution
- Working closely with Event Producers, Account Managers and Creatives
- Ensuring on time fabrication completion in preparation for installation
- Finalising project contracts and invoices
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have an events background with a solid knowledge of event production management. Candidates must understand how to lead on project scheduling and workflows and have experience in collaborating with varying internal departments to bring a project through production. Candidate from an event production agency or exhibition / experiential design & build company would be ideal for this position.
