Digital Marketing Executive (SEO Focused)
Salary negotiable + quarterly bonus scheme
A full-time, permanent opportunity based in Northampton with hybrid working. You will be required on-site at least 1-2 days per week.

The Role
Zinc Digital are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with an SEO focus to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-impact organic search strategies. You’ll work on Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page optimisation, while adapting campaigns for AI-driven search and evolving Google algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of marketing and SEO clients
- Deliver Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Answer Engine Optimisation strategies
- Conduct keyword research, audits and competitor analysis
- Optimise for AI search, zero-click results and LLM visibility
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Present clear, data-led reports to clients
- Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a proactive, analytical Digital Marketing professional with agency experience and strong client management skills. More about you:
- 2+ years’ hands-on SEO and Digital Marketing experience
- Proven success improving rankings, traffic and conversions
- Confident in managing multiple client accounts
- Skilled in SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and WordPress/Shopify or similar
- Strong understanding of Google Core Updates and AI search trends
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
