Role Description
This role is located in Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton for a Community Care Worker with driving responsibilities. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure the holistic wellbeing of service users.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation to appointments or errands as needed. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and maintaining accurate records of care are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
