Academics Ltd is a leading national education recruitment agency, specialising in the supply of teachers and education professionals to schools across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead and develop our SEND team based in London.

The Role - Branch Manager

As Branch Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the SEND recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and education regulations
  • Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support
