The Role - Branch Manager
As Branch Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the SEND recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets
