You will be allocated to a ward based on the day's needs upon arrival, ensuring you are always contributing where you are needed most. This role offers day shifts (long days, earlies, or late shifts) with flexible working patterns.
- Shift Examples:
- Early: 07:30 - 14:00
- Late: 14:00 - 20:30
- Long Day: 07:30 - 20:30
- Provide flexible nursing care across various departments, including emergency departments and general medical wards.
- Deliver standard RGN duties, focusing on patient care, accurate documentation, and clinical intervention.
- Adapt quickly to ward allocations based on immediate needs.
- A valid NMC pin.
- General Nursing Degree
- Full Right to work in the UK; (No sponsorship provided)
- A minimum of 6 months of experience within the NHS as a RGN
- Mandatory training and DBS clearance.
- Immunisation compliance.
- An understanding of hospital environments and patient care protocols.
