Key Responsibilities- Managing and reviewing a portfolio of audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, providing technical support and constructive feedback
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations prepared by junior staff
- Assisting partners with the delivery of a range of advisory and compliance services
- Ensuring assignments are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of internal processes and procedures
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Demonstrable experience managing and reviewing audit and accounts assignments
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service
