We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.
We’re currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 - just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. What you’ll be doing- Bringing our brand to life across every customer touchpoint, delivering consistent and inspiring messaging across retail, digital and social
- Leading the planning and delivery of standout marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal moments and key brand initiatives
- Shaping and overseeing our social and content strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Curating and managing the content calendar to deliver timely, relevant and trend-responsive content that supports trading priorities
- Working closely with digital, creative and retail teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns
- Using performance insights and customer understanding to continually refine and elevate our marketing activity
- Leading and inspiring the brand and social media teams, fostering creativity, collaboration and commercial focus
- Brings proven experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in retail or consumer brands
- Understands brand strategy and knows how to deliver a consistent, compelling brand experience across all channels
- Can plan and lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned and social platforms
- Uses insights and data to optimise campaigns and drive business results
- Excels at social media and content strategy, staying ahead of trends to engage audiences
- Leads with energy and vision, nurturing talent and inspiring teams to create their best work
- Communicates clearly and creatively, turning brand vision into compelling stories
