Exciting opportunity for an M&E Manager to work for a long-standing cash rich client within the Oxfordshire borders. As an M&E Manager you will have a proven track record to managing MEP services across commercial and high end residential projects.Our client is like no other its luxurious projects across the area will excite you through their elite clientele
You will be responsible for
- Project management and coordinating the M&E Installation
- Coordinate design
- Attending all site and client meetings
- Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery in particular M&E.
- To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
- Full management of the M&E subcontractors and sub-contract tenders
- Health and Safety input and supervision
- Quality control
- Building Services Management
- Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
