We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Digital & Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing, customer-focused homewear retailer with a strong commitment to quality, creativity and innovation. They are offering hybrid working, 3 days in London or Kent offices / 2 days remote.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital & Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality digital assets across all digital channels. You’ll proactively interpret briefs, define requirements, explore creative solutions and contribute your expertise to a variety of design projects.
You’ll produce assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites, animations, social media campaigns, display advertising, CRM emails and eCommerce, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and supply digital assets across all digital platforms, ensuring correct formats and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with colleagues to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions efficiently
- Translate ideas into design concepts that work cohesively across multiple channels
- Create static, video and motion GIF assets for social, CRM, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile and apps
- Create and edit video content with graphics and supers for web, social channels, YouTube and in-store screens
- Build and design CRM/email campaigns to brief, adding creative flair within brand guidelines
- Create engaging social content, from stories and reels to short-form video and GIFs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools and digital design best practice
About You
- Proven experience in a digital design role (agency or in-house experience preferred; retail experience is a big plus)
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, InDesign and Photoshop (Nice to have: Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, HTML/CSS)
- Experience creating digital assets for a range of audiences and platforms
- Familiarity with design thinking processes and agile workflows
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and modern digital best practices
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage feedback and hit deadlines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of digital design work
- You’ll be an organised designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while also being confident working independently and using initiative.
