An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing, entrepreneurial law firm based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
This role will suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) through to an experienced 5+ years PQE Solicitor who is passionate about property law and keen to play a key role in the continued growth and development of a successful commercial and residential property department.
The Role
The successful Property Solicitor will manage a varied and high-quality property caseload, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals
- Freehold and leasehold titles
- Drafting, negotiating, and completing leases
- Development and property finance work
- Advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and high-quality individual clients
There is real scope to take on responsibility, progress quickly, and help shape the future direction of the property team.
