Claims Executive – Corporate & Commercial
Location: Swansea (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + fuel expenses
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Type: Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Claims Executive to join a growing corporate and commercial insurance team based in Swansea. This role will suit someone confident managing complex claims, building client relationships, and attending meetings both on and off site.

The Role:
- Manage end-to-end claims, including complex and high-value cases
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle claims efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required
- Support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of claims processes
- Proven experience in commercial insurance claims (essential)
- Strong brokerage background (essential)
- Cert CII qualification (desirable)
- Confident communicator with experience attending client meetings
- Strong negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Salary up to £50,000
- Fuel expenses covered
